Do I need to be referred?
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist. Simply call your local provider directly.
What does physiotherapy cost?
Treatments are between $70 and $150 per visit depending on your condition.
How many treatments will I need?
Once a thorough assessment has been completed your physiotherapist will be able to give you a better idea. They will take into account your current functional level, your treatment goals, and your commitment.

Yes, you can use your medical insurance. In fact, we direct bill most medical insurance plans. Simply talk with our experienced front end staff and they will be happy to help.
How long will physiotherapy appointments be?
Typically each session will last 45 - 60 mins.

Our clinic is fully accessible to all patients, including those with disabilities.
Are the clinicians registered?
All of our physiotherapists are registered with Physiotherapy Alberta College & Association. Our massage therapists are registered with their respective professional associations. Registration numbers will appear on all receipts. However, direct billing is available to most insurance companies.
What do I need to prepare for my first appointment?
After booking an appointment, you will be sent a link, possibly multiple links, via email to do your intake forms online. It's easy to do and should take less than 10 minutes.
What should I wear to my appointments?
Make sure we can access the part of the body that needs attention. We recommend you wear a pair of loose fitting shorts and a tank top. If you forget, don’t worry. We have patient gowns and shorts for you to use during your session.
