If you have a nagging chronic physical problem that you live with from day to day, or if you have a sports specific problem or even a desire to improve your overall fitness level, we can design a program for you.
Daily exercise can go a long way in helping you manage these problems at home and to make your life more comfortable. To keep you at your peak potential our physical therapists will assess your problems and design a complete home exercise program for you that will be manageable and effective.
The exercise programs will be designed to achieve optimal strength and endurance specific to your needs and lifestyle requirements.
Exercise programs can consist of the following:

- General work conditioning
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Range of motion exercise
- Stability Exercises
